Long Ago Near The Garden

It is interesting to note that based on biblical scripture man did not depart from eating plants until the exit from the ark of Noah. This is where God changed man's diet from eating only plants to eating other animals probably as not only a necessity due to the nature of the flooded earth but also due to the nature of man as he evidently became excessively violent with longevity.

It seems that before this time through all of the antediluvian period man ate only plants and probably the notion of eating any fleshly living thing was quite repugnant to men just as eating our own species would be to us now. It appears that no other living thing was eating another living thing but that all creatures in creation were eating plants. The point here is that the lifespan of men before the flood, at least for some of them, was close to one thousand years, yes, 1000 yrs. None were recorded to live actually that long but some lived well into their 900's and 800's as recorded in scripture and many more must have lived for hundreds of years in general. So, we connect the dots. Eat plants only, live hundreds of years.

The absence of animal oils and cholesterol was apparently critical in mans longevity and it is surely no coincidence that when man began eating animals immediately after leaving the ark his lifespan quickly dropped to about 120 yrs at the max.
There may have been other unmentioned changes in man's physiology and perhaps even the actual air environment may have changed relative to the working of man's lungs or that some of the vital plants man needed no longer grew from the earth but the introduction of animal products into man's system seems to be the working proponent in the reduction of his longevity in that it is the simple mechanics of the collection of blockage in the blood system.

Alright, so why cannot man just stop eating animal products today and begin a hundreds years life? No doubt after so many thousands of years of the consumption of these oils and cholesterol men have become mutated or internally conditioned with the change so that we can not just give up it up and eat only vegetables for dramatically increased longevity. In short our body has become programmed in the sense that it expects to die after so many years.

Today if a working individual just gives up meat and goes vegetarian they have a hard time maintaining the energy level to accomplish what they need to do but long ago men did accomplish all they had to do and received the energy they needed by eating only plants.
So, this is not a call to vegetarianism to achieve any fountain of youth but a call to improve the quality of your life and extend it to the degree that animal oils and cholesterol may shorten it do to cancers and heart disease.

After so many years of man eating meat he probably still needs some characteristics of it to function at his best but we can eat the healthiest of meats such as fish, turkey and chicken breast with fruits and vegetables and take the essential vitamins and antioxidants that so characterize the beneficial aspects of the plant family that we probably cannot really get into our system without actually walking up to the fresh plants and eating them as they did so long ago, round the garden.
